PM Tracker Installation
PM Tracker is a suite of project management components which includes Task Assignment,Calendar, Personal Schedule, Notes, Announcements ,Gantt Charts and more. The power of project management comes in when these individual components are shared and used within a team. PM Tracker allows user to create a multiple task assignments that are shared between the team members in a single shot.
PM Tracker is a 100% JAVA/JSP/Servlets component.
A [WAR] archive is available to make PM Tracker installation easier (recommended!). It needs a servlet engine SERVLETS 2.2+ API compliant or a J2EE1.2+ compliant applications server.
You will find JAR files under a WEB-INF/lib folder. The standardized deployment descriptor file (web.xml) under WEB-INF/ folder. Most of servlet engines are compliants with this structure so PM Tracker installation is as easy as a copy/paste.
WAR Installation
PM Tracker is also available as a WAR archive. It's a SERVLETS 2.2 standard archive for Web Applications.
- To install PM Tracker WAR archive, copy pmtracker.war under the webapps folder of your servlet engine before running it.
- Note that webapps folder depends on your servlet engine. It could be webapps/, applications/ ... The WAR file will be automatically uncompressed under pmtracker/ folder.

Run PM Tracker for the first time :
Template : http://yourserver.com/pmtracker/ - Once launched for the first time, the pmtracker/ folder will be created.
- Restart the server and you are ready to go.
